| As
entrepreneurs ourselves we knew the hurdles inherent of getting
a business off the ground, especially from a financing perspective.
While we’ve been lucky, we knew that others were not. That’s
why we agreed to become a founding sponsor of the Ottawa Community
Loan Fund, an organization that offers loans to business people
that are having difficulty obtaining traditional financing. Our
original role as sponsor has now been expanded to include a seat
on the Board of Directors. Case

| Early
in the Summer of 2000, we were honoured to be asked to become a
founding sponsor of Leadership Ottawa. This not-for-profit organization
recruits, trains and mentors future generations of community leaders.
Our role as a founding sponsor was to develop Leadership Ottawa"s
identity, sponsorship package and to recruit other sponsors.

| Every
year, the Dave Smith Youth Treatment Centre helps hundreds of youth
between the ages of 13-18 overcome substance abuse problems. For
this worthwhile cause we have both donated our services and donated
our time to hold a seat on the Board of Directors and Executive
Committee. |
